The Patient Care Department plays a pivotal role in making this vision a reality. As a Client Support Executive, you will engage with patients over time, addressing their queries, questions, and bridging the gap between healthcare professionals and patients. Additionally, you will track a patient’s health journey from the moment they join Madhumitra, assisting them if they encounter any issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients on a day-to-day basis and resolve their queries.
  • Oversee the customer service process.
  • Act as a mediator between healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers.
  • Possess excellent product knowledge.
  • Gain basic knowledge about health and lifestyle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (pursuing candidates are also welcome).
  • Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers).
  • Languages: Marathi, Hindi (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in operating computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with conflict resolution techniques.
